We collect account information (name, email, phone), workspace data you enter (tasks, leads, attendance, salary, POS records), and technical logs (IP, browser, device) needed to operate the service.

To provide the service, notify you about your account, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data.

GPS coordinates during employee check-in are stored against the attendance record. This is visible to workspace admins only.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for disaster recovery.

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and when legally compelled.

You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing info@billovainnovation.com.
